The AFP MN Philanthropy Day Committee is currently recruiting volunteers to help plan our annual 2011 celebration. Committee responsibilities include coordination of:
- Advertisements
- Awards
- Invitations
- Logistics
- Program
- Publicity
- Script
- Event Sponsorships
Meetings will take place on the second Wednesday of the month from March through November at 8:00 AM. Please contact Terry Velasquez at tvelasquez@bigstwincities.org or (651) 789-2469 if you would like to take advantage of this volunteer opportunity.
If you want to be involved in National Philanthropy Day but don’t have the time to serve on the committee, consider volunteering the day of the luncheon. The following volunteer opportunities are available:
- Ballroom setup and tear-down
- Host & hostess
- Registration
- Greeters
- VIP Reception
