• Track donor outreach, conversations, and next steps in donor-management systems
• Support donor communications and stewardship
• Help plan and support small donor events and gatherings
• Represent JJAI in community-facing settings with warmth and professionalism
What We're Looking For
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort initiating conversations
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Self-directed and comfortable taking initiative in a primarily remote environment
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities
• Interest in nonprofit, international, advocacy, or mission-driven work
Strong Pluses
• Fundraising, development, donor-relations, or donor-stewardship experience
• Experience in community outreach, organizing, membership, events, sales, hospitality, or another relationship-focused role
• Experience with donor databases, CRMs, Airtable, or similar systems
• Familiarity with the Twin Cities community
