We are looking for a Foundation Coordinator to join our Home Office team in Plymouth, MN! The Foundation Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Foundation team, current donors, prospective donors, and internal organizational partners. This role will support fundraising and donor engagement strategies and tactics with focus on gift processing, financial and constituent reporting, data management, and overall administrative support for Foundation activities.

Responsibilities:
1) Processes donations with speed and accuracy to ensure timely acknowledgment of gifts.
2) Supports fundraising activities using Blackbaud tools and processes (for appeals, campaigns, relationship management, moves management, fund management, and stewardship).
3) Updates, corrects and maintains donor and constituent information.
4) Runs and ties-out monthly and fiscal year-end reports for the Finance team to support reconciliation processes.
5) Runs special financial gift reports as needed (e.g. information for annual Form 990 reporting).
6) Ensures consistency between Foundation and Accounting information and reporting.
7) Supports data management, including monitoring and maintaining data integrity under the direction of the Foundation Operations Manager.
8) Produces queries and reports as requested for solicitations and/or donor communications (e.g. mailing, prospect lists).
9) Executes reports and action tracks to support segmentation/donor experience pathways.
10) Provides research and background on current and prospective donors (using RE, NXT, Research Point).
11) Supports donor relations, stewardship and recognition programs.
12) Responds to donor, community and internal inquiries and partners with other team members as needed to ensure high level of customer service.
13) Supports creation, distribution and organization of internal reports, forms and information (gift logs, gift updates, third party portal reports, agency funds and grant requests to foundation).
14) Update profiles in Guidestar, Charity Navigator, and other programs.
15) Updates Third Party Donation portal information as needed to remain current.
16) Coordinates incoming mail with other office support personnel to ensure appropriate handling of incoming contributions and other correspondence.
17) Supports development and distribution of Foundation materials for the Board of Directors.
18) Maintains organization of incoming agency fund requests and grant applications.
19) Manages Foundation calendars and provides administrative support to the Foundation team.
20) Provides administrative back up support for Home Office operations as needed.

Required Education and Licensure:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with donor management databases and software required.
- Experience in nonprofit Development (fundraising).
- Maintains a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets regulating agency and corporate policy requirements.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field.
- Experience with Blackbaud products preferred (including Raiser's Edge/RE NXT, Blackbaud Merchant Services, Research Point, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products with emphasis in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
