One of the many struggles of working from home has been the loss of connection with peers, the ability to share the work you are doing, and build a network of supportive colleagues around you. AFP-MN hosts regular “affinity” groups to support you in making those connections, learn from each other, and be encouraged in your work.
December’s gathering is specifically for mid-career fundraisers with between 5-14 years of fundraising experience. We look forward to having a conversation about how you are wrapping up the end of this calendar year and looking ahead to 2021. How have you adapted your fundraising practices to fit the changing environment, and what challenges are you facing?
This conversation is open to AFP members and non-members alike. Our video conferencing can host up to 100 people so the first 100 people to register will be allowed to participate. Large groups will be broken into smaller breakout rooms to facilitate greater participation.
