AFP-MN Virtual Senior Fundraisers Conversation
One of the many struggles of working from home has been the loss of connection with peers, the ability to share the work you are doing, and build a network of supportive colleagues around you. AFP-MN hosts regular “affinity” groups to support you in making those connections, learn from each other, and be encouraged in your work.
September’s gathering is specifically for senior fundraisers with at least 15 years of fundraising experience and/or are managing a team of fundraisers. We look forward to having a conversation about how your leadership practices are flexing to meet the needs of a work-from-home world. How are you managing your team to overcome the sense of disconnection because of pandemic? Have you begun to assess when might be the right time to come back to the office? Or begin meeting with donors face to face?
This conversation is open to AFP members and non-members alike. Our video conferencing can host up to 100 people so the first 100 people to register will be allowed to participate.
