Salary Range: $57,000 - $58,200

The Senior Engagement Associate is responsible for maintaining and building relationships with an assigned portfolio of institutional corporate and faith volunteer sponsors and prospects. This includes prospect identification, outreach, cultivation, solicitation, acknowledgement, and stewardship. The Senior Engagement Associate also provides day-to-day leadership direction for the activities of the Engagement Associate(s) and/or Volunteer Coordinator.

Qualifications to be a Senior Engagement Associate:

  • Volunteer Management: Builds relationships with volunteers and fosters a positive volunteer experience, throughout the process of recruiting, training, tracking, engaging, and retaining volunteers.
  • Community Outreach: Engages with members of a particular community to raise awareness about an issue, provide information, and foster relationships and collaboration.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures information is complete and accurate and follows up to ensure that agreements and commitments have been fulfilled.
  • Mentoring: Helps others, regardless of reporting relationship, to acquire the awareness, confidence, and resources necessary to fulfill their potential.
  • Teamwork: Works with and helps others to accomplish objectives.
  • Fundraising: Knowledge of fundraising principles and experience with fundraising tools, such as donor databases, grant writing, and online fundraising platforms.
