Responsibilities :
Partners in the planning, implementation and evaluation of fundraising strategies, including identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship. Under supervision, develops and maintains relationships with donors and provides leadership to events and fundraising efforts like direct mail and online giving. Accountable for fundraising or operations goals at a unit and system level. Strong project management.
•Identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors for annual gifts or grants ($1-$10,000).
•Partners with unit and system philanthropy team members to fundraise for annual donations from a variety of constituencies.
•Plan and implement various fundraising programs, including events. Build these programs to ensure successful fundraising outcomes, and steward/solicit donors for specific projects, programs, and events.
•Write and coordinate communication needs, collateral materials, solicitation materials (proposals and letters), etc.
•Build relationships with internal and external colleagues and vendors.
•Prepare solicitation materials (written cases, proposals & letters) for individuals, corporations, and foundations for annual support.
•*Also can apply to operations strategy to raise money from these segments.
Education :
•Bachelor’s degree required
Qualifications/Skills :
•5+ years of related experience

•Mainly weekday hours although occasional evening or weekend hours.
