- Design and implement a system-wide Annual Giving strategy that meets the need of Allina Health Philanthropy.
- Responsible for donor outreach and renewal and/or donor acquisition strategies to build the pipeline for support.
- Collaborate with various teams within Allina Health to execute Employee Giving Campaign.
- Coordinate stewardship timelines with Donor Experience team to integrate into overall strategy.
Marketing and Outreach.
- Content writer for Direct Mail Program.
- Proof and check all direct mailings for accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze data, identifying trends and performance.
Project Management
- Assist with Direct Mail Project Management.
- Works under minimal supervision and may help guide the work of other team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in non-profit business or related field required
- 2+ years experience in fundraising or sales required
