Donor stewardship is core to everything we do as fundraisers. It's relationship building, expressing gratitude, and the number one tool for donor retention. In this session we will talk about the power of authentic, purposeful and boundaried relationships between donors and the organizations they love and how to deepen those connections for mutual benefit.

Jo Lum is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach, fundraiser, organizer, and white queer inheritor deeply passionate about returning wealth to communities and funding the revolution!
