We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for being a part of the Fundraise North and National Philanthropy Day event on Friday, November 15 at the McNamara Alumni Center, University of Minnesota. Your presence and participation made this gathering a remarkable success!

Fundraise North and National Philanthropy Day is an annual highlight for our fundraising community, providing a unique opportunity to come together, learn, and celebrate our shared dedication to making a positive impact. This one-day conference featured a wealth of insightful breakout sessions covering relevant topics to the fundraising community, highlighting the cutting-edge developments in our field.

One of the highlights of the day was the National Philanthropy Day luncheon, where we had the privilege to honor and celebrate stories of remarkable generosity and service from individuals and organizations across Minnesota. It was truly an inspiring and heartwarming experience.

We thank you for your enthusiasm, your active participation, and for being a part of this event. Your presence and contributions are what make this day special, and we look forward to more opportunities to learn and grow together as a community at next year's event.

Parking
Parking is available at the University Avenue Ramp: 1926 University Ave. SE, Mpls. 55455. Limited quantity available. Parking is available on a first come first serve basis and can be pre-paid via your registration. 

COVID-19 Policy
While COVID-19 remains with us despite the formal end to the national health emergency, we have reached a period in the pandemic where we possess more tools and resources than ever before to better protect ourselves and our communities. AFP Minnesota no longer requires proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for large events; however, if you feel ill, please stay home. As we gather, we recognize that our colleagues are coming from different personal circumstances. Therefore, we ask all event attendees to help us create a supportive environment for anyone wearing a mask, and we encourage all to feel free to wear a mask if needed to protect the health of the community, themselves, or the health of loved ones.

Cancellation Policy
AFP Minnesota reserves the right to cancel any event due to low attendance. Registration fees will be refunded (less a $20 processing fee) if written notice is postmarked two weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations received within two weeks of event date will not be refunded to cover costs incurred. Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own travel reservations.

AFP Minnesota shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of the AFP Minnesota or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, AFP Minnesota shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, or financial losses.
