The Catholic Services Appeal Foundation (CSAF) is seeking qualified candidates for a Marketing Manager position. This is an exciting new position during a time of growth and development at the CSAF! Reporting to the President, the Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing initiatives that support our mission and engage our target audience. You will work collaboratively to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print and events. The person in this role will be a team player with exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills, attention to detail and ability to work with staff, vendors and volunteers.

You will be responsible for the consistent branding messaging and presence throughout CSAF and will lead the Annual Fundraising Campaign. The person in this role will have strong project management and creative thinking skills. You will also be committed to the CSAF’s mission. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing initiative plans: Create marketing plans that align with the organization’s strategic goals and target audience. Work with CSAF stakeholders to develop campaign themes, messaging, and tactics that resonate with the audience. Executes and manages the annual marketing and communications calendar, including social media platforms.
2. Project Management: Manage the annual fundraising campaign and a variety of marketing projects from concept to completion, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Creates, produces, and distributes e-newsletters.
3. Annual fundraising campaign execution: Develop and execute integrated campaign and other marketing projects across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events. Ensure campaign and marketing projects are on-brand, meet quality standards, and are effective in engaging the target audience, serve as the “brand champion”. Develops and publishes clear, compelling, and creative communications that inspire people to donate, volunteer, and partner with CSAF.
4. Data analysis: Analyze marketing data to measure marketing effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize future fundraising campaigns. Use data to inform decision making and provide regular reporting on campaign performance. Manages the website; reports on analytics, maintains SEO, and regularly maintains all aspects of the site.
5. Collaboration: work closely with the President and Marketing and Development Committee and other staff to ensure marketing campaigns are integrated with other organizational initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external partners, including vendors, ministries, parishes, and volunteers to execute campaigns. Ensures detailed writing, proofreading, and editing throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
• Four-year degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for daily phone, email, virtual, and in person interactions.
• Copywriting and content creation experience a plus
• Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge database desired.
• Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail oriented and has a proactive approach to managing time-sensitive and competing workloads.
• Enthusiastic self-starter who likes to ideate and take initiative.
• Professional demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Passion for the mission of Catholic Services Appeal Foundation and supportive of the mission and purpose of the Catholic Church.
