Voyageur Outward Bound School, a leading provider of outdoor, experiential leadership education in the Midwest, seeks a proven nonprofit fundraising leader with a track record of success driving growth and diversification in contributed revenue streams. With responsibility for designing and implementing a comprehensive development program, and managing a portfolio of loyal, passionate, and committed donors, the Director of Development will have a direct impact on VOBS’ capacity to serve more emerging leaders and ensure its life-changing courses are accessible to anyone.
