Summary
Community Emergency Assistance Programs (CEAP) is celebrating 50 years in our community. CEAP is seeking a dynamic individual who continues to ask “Who else? What else?” Continuous improvement and a desire to grow your knowledge, learn from a beloved community organization and share your gifts with our community are a requirement for this role.
The Corporate Community Advancement Manager is integral to the growth of CEAP’s impact in our community and support from corporations and small to midsize business partners. This role will be charged with increasing our revenue from major gifts, sponsorship programs, community engagement projects and volunteerism.
The Corporate Community Advancement Manager is part of the development team that includes the Individual and Community Advancement Manager, the Communications and Development Manager and the Director of Mission Advancement.

• Represents CEAP in the community in a way that advances our mission, impact, and reputation throughout the community?
• Can become a true and charismatic community leader between CEAP and key corporate partners?
Are you a community connector that
• Manages prospect donor identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of all new and ongoing corporate partners for CEAP’s Corporate Council Program?
• Secures program and project sponsorships, matches and challenge grants from corporate partners?
Are you a team player that
• Participates as a member of the CEAP team in fulfilling the overall mission of the agency?
• Collaborates with the Development team to identify and sustain new development opportunities to advance the work of CEAP in the community?
• Focus areas include but are not limited to:
A. Community Events
B. Volunteer and Donor recruitment and engagement
C. Product Donations
D. Food and Fund Drives
E. Cultivate corporate relationships and secure gifts to align with budgetary goals
Background/Experience Required:
• Ability to develop lasting productive relationships with diverse groups of people.
• Experience connecting community members with philanthropic engagement opportunities.
• Familiarity with annual giving programs and achieving annual fundraising goals.
• Proficient verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A degree in communications, marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, active listening, and excellent communication skills.
• Must be self-directed and detail oriented.
• Must be committed to joining with others to find constructive ways to eliminate racism, inequality, poverty, and alienation in our community.
Salary & Benefits:
• $55,000 - $65,000 commensurate with experience
