Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000
The Donor Relations Manager is an integral member of the Advancement team at Playwrights’ Center. This position requires a strong understanding of fundraising practices and principles, the ability to be flexible, comfort taking initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Some knowledge of the Twin Cities arts funding community is a plus. If you have experience supporting fundraising efforts, operating against objectives, and are ready for the next big step in your development career then we’d love to get to know more about you! This is an opportunity for someone to develop their individual giving skills, to increase their understanding of how to build relationships with donors, and to learn prospect research strategies while gaining valuable professional development and mentorship in a growing arts service organization.
