Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies, in coordination with board members and the Development Director, to grow the organization’s base of community donors.
  • Develop and implement community donor engagement events for community donors.
  • In coordination with fundraising board members, implement, track, and coordinate two peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns as a part of the organization’s larger annual campaign.
  • Assist Development Director and Development staff in additional fundraising campaigns and events, as needed.
  • This position requires occasional evening commitment, and occasional travel within our service area.
  • This position does not supervise staff. 

Required Qualifications:

  • At least five years of professional fundraising experience, including experience with peer-to-peer campaigns and community giving campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using an online giving platform.
  • Proficiency in donor management CRM.
  • Dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for Nonprofits CRM
  • Proficiency in GiveSmart giving platform. 

Compensation Information:
$76,364 - $84,302, depending on experience​, plus benefits. Benefits include family medical and dental insurance, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 403(b) with employer match, FSA, employee assistance programs, and generous paid time off.​
