North Hennepin Community College, one of the largest and most diverse two-year colleges in Minnesota, is accepting applications for the Director of Constituent Engagement and Leadership Gifts, MnSCU Academic Professional 2.

The Director of Constituent Engagement and Leadership Gifts provides strategic leadership in three key areas—fundraising, constituent engagement, and scholarship management—to strengthen donor relationships and advance the mission of North Hennepin Community College.

Fundraising – Develops and implements a comprehensive fundraising plan to retain and increase donations, with a focus on leadership ($1,000+) and estate gifts. Manages a portfolio of donors through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to support the college’s annual fund, scholarships, programs, and campus priorities.
Constituent Engagement – Identifies and designs programs to strengthen connections with alumni, donors, and community members. Collaborates with faculty, staff, and campus departments to create meaningful engagement opportunities that deepen relationships with donors and inspire giving. Serves as the Foundation’s representative to community organizations and, when needed, presents the impactful work of the college.
Scholarship Management – Manages the college’s scholarship program, including stewarding scholarship donors, marketing opportunities to students, coordinating the application and review process, and ensuring timely awarding of scholarships.
