Donor Relations and Volunteer Manager
Reporting directly to the Director of Development, the Manager is responsible for engaging donors and volunteers to increase annual funding and meet volunteer involvement goals. The Manager works to grow sustainable annual revenue from individual donors, friends, and prospects of YouthLink, and designs and implements creative strategies to identify prospects, cultivate new donors, re-engage lapsed donors, and increase giving from current donors. Additionally, the Manager develops strategic and well-executed volunteer experiences, including recruiting, coordinating, training, placing, and supporting YouthLink’s community and individual volunteers. The Donor Relations and Volunteer Manager oversees and manages the agency database, maintaining accurate, timely and thorough information to facilitate excellent donor and volunteer relations. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3-5 years of annual fund and/or volunteer management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
