The Team:
This is your opportunity to manage a staff of five development members, work with the Regional Chief Development Officer and the Board of Directors.
The Role:
Due to an internal move, we are looking for a leader in our Minnesota/Dakotas region to develop and execute the fundraising strategy in order to grow annual revenues. You will focus on development strategy for our individual donors, manage fundraising targets and team donor portfolios, as well as cultivate your own portfolio of a handful of large corporate donors. This is a work from home position.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree highly preferred
- Minimum of 7 years major gifts leadership experience; progressive sales leadership may substitute for fundraising experience
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- Progressive experience in successful development programs and knowledge of “best practices” in development.
- Travel: Requires some travel within the Region. A current valid driver's license and good driving record is required.
