Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
The Role
- Focus on development strategy, manage fundraising targets and team donor portfolios, as well as cultivate your own portfolio of a small handful of corporations for solicitation and stewardship purposes.
- Meet annual revenue target by working with an assigned portfolio of donors and prospects.
- Assist donors in creating meaning in their lives through giving to the American Red Cross.
The TeamThis is your opportunity to manage a staff of three Philanthropy Officers and two Development Specialist staff. You will work closely with the Regional CDO, CEO and the Board of Directors.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum 7 years of major gifts leadership experience.
- Proactive development leader with an established track record of increasing philanthropic revenue from diverse constituencies.
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
TravelTravel to donor visits as needed. A current valid driver's license and good driving record is required.
