Event Details
Join AFP Minnesota for our next virtual event in the IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access) Breakfast Series! We’ve had many conversations with BIPOC leaders about the benefits of taking a leap of faith in their professional trajectory. In this session, we would like to answer the questions, “What if you make the leap, and it’s onto the wrong ship? What do you look for at the front end to ensure the company has a culture that fits you, and what are your options if you realize your job/company is not a good fit?” This is a conversation of inclusion and culture, but also of power, the role of HR, job seeking skills, and more. We hope you’ll join us!!

The IDEA Series invites nonprofit leaders of color to share stories of leadership, fundraising, and how they navigate the sector as a person of color. This series is specifically designed to benefit current and aspiring fundraisers of color; however the series is open to anyone interested in participating and learning from this conversation.

Please share this event with your network, especially your BIPOC connections.

We will be taking questions in advance from those who have identified as BIPOC. If you identify as BIPOC, please share a question that you would like us to ask our panelists by emailing info@afpminnesota.org.
